Rocksteady studios earlier confirmed that Batman Arkham Knight will feature GTA 5 inspired character switching so that you could control two characters at once.
While in a game like Grand Theft Auto V, the ability to switch between multiple characters allow you to understand the story better and explore the world without missing a turn, it has a whole new set of advantages in combat. Instead of roaming the city, you will probably be spending so much of your time fighting bad guys and thugs in the world.
You are no longer alone but there will be Robin, Cat Woman and Nightwing assisting you throughout the game. Fighting for hours together should probably be easy now.
It’s extremely fun because when we saw the video, we could see that the same player can switch between both characters. While Batman is beating them in one corner, there is Nightwing on the other side and at least two dozen thugs to beat at once.
The combos and special moves are intact irrespective of the character you choose. The developers of Batman Arkham Knight call this as the dual play and they confirmed that the number of enemies in each screen has been drastically increased.
In other scenes, Batman will be fighting with Robin and Cat Woman. It looks like only two characters will be fighting in a scene at once, maybe three but we are not sure.
Batman Arkham Knight releases on PS4, Xbox One and PC on June 23.
