Inside sources and analyst predictions confirm that Apple is gearing up to launch a new iPhone on September 9.
The company is yet to set official invitation to the media. But, from the way things have been going, it looks like the company will not launch a new phone yet. Instead, they will go for an updated version of the existing model.
The iPhone 6S could feature a force touch feature and is expected to thinner, lighter in terms of build quality. Some rumors claim Apple could get rid of the home button permanently with this new launch.
For such a big step, they might probably wait to unveil the iPhone 7 which may include additional features, a new processor and the all new iOS 9. Apple has always launched their new phones in the month of September and this time, the tradition will continue with a better version of the existing model.
Apart from the iPhone 6S, the event may also witness the launch of a new Apple TV and improved features with the voice AI assistant Siri.
