It is obvious that standing in front of a 60-inch television and trying to play Angry Birds by swiping on the screen sounds awkward but it’s not as bad as you think!

With Touchjet Wave, you can actually control every action on your television with an Android/ iOS smartphone or tablet besides your very own fingers. Every popular app on the mobile operating system will be replicated on the large HDTV making it the perfect home entertainment gadget.

Users can watch movies, enjoy music, view photos, play games and do every other activity. All that is required is the Wave peripheral which has to be attached on top of the television. It uses infrared technology to sense your finger so that you can navigate directly on the screen, even when the TV doesn’t have touch functionality.

Touchjet Wave connects through WiFi and can be used on any television with screen sizes up to 60-inches. It connects through a HDMI cable and supports device running on Android Kit Kat 4.4 or higher. It supports iOS devices as well for remote control. The device works with both stylus and fingers.

On the inside, it is powered by a 2.0 GHz quad core Cortex A9 processor, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB memory and has two USB 2.0 ports. The peripheral supports Micro USB OTG, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wifi. With its hardware specs, it is more than capable of running all the best apps and games on Android OS.

The kickstarter project is on the way at Indiegogo and has received tremendous response from buyers. You can support it here and get the Wave delivered to you in the first quarter of 2016.

  • I’m impressed, I need to say. Seriously rarely do I encounter a weblog that’s each educative and entertaining, and let me let you know, you have hit the nail on the head. Your thought is outstanding; the concern is some thing that not sufficient men and women are speaking intelligently about. I’m very happy that I stumbled across this in my search for one thing relating to this.
