Developed by the Behemoth, Castle Crashers is a beautiful, indie title that allows players to cooperatively beat each other up in Super Smash Bros style.
Even though, AAA titles like Metal Gear Solid and Mad Max are fun, co-op fighting games never cease to entertain you irrespective of your mood. Besides, you can run the game on the Xbox One or the Xbox 360 console and play it without having to plan specific hours as your game time.
The re-mastered edition of Castle Crashers is now coming to Xbox One console. The game launches on September 9th and will be priced at $14.99.
However, if you already own the Xbox 360 version of the title and has an active Xbox gold account, the next gen version of the title is completely free to own. On the Xbox One edition of Castle Crashers, players get support for 60 frames per second, better textures, resolution as well as an all-new mini game named the “Back off Barbarian”.
The original version on Xbox 360 will get backwards compatibility soon but when you get it for free, there’s no need to wait for this feature. If you haven’t played the game yet, watch the trailer and you may consider buying it on the next gen console without second thoughts.
