TrueMove sensor is an advanced movement detection technology developed by Steelseries exclusively for their gaming mice series. Rival 310 and Sensei 310 were the first models to get this feature. They were announced in July this year.
The high end TrueMove3 sensor is developed by the engineers at Steelseries in association with PixArt. It allows gamers to experience 1:1 tracking with fastest possible response, low latency, pro level response and advanced jitter reduction. But, in order to enjoy them all gamers were supposed to pay a premium.
The newly launched Steelseries Rival 110 gaming mouse breaks the norm by bringing the TrueMove1 optical sensor at a surprisingly budget price. The mouse has 7,200 CPI with 240 IPS and features a rugged, durable construction. The simple looking mouse has just six programmable buttons and is ambidextrous making it easy for both right and left hand gamers.
Steelseries Rival 110 has got everything right, it has RGB lighting, easy profile save on the mouse and weighs just 87.5g. At just $40, this is a no-brainer if you want to pick a gaming mouse and start your next Counter Strike or Overwatch game than spending $100 or more on a top of the line mouse.
In real life usage, the performance should pretty much be the same as any other high-end gaming mice.
