MSI is strengthening their position in the gaming peripheral market by slowly releasing gaming keyboards, mouse and now they upped it a notch by launching the GC30 and GC20 controllers.
Obviously, every manufacturer has to copy Microsoft’s Xbox One controller design because they are loved by most gamers worldwide. The company claims that the GC30 and GC20 they launched are fully compatible with all platforms including PC, Android smartphones and other popular gaming consoles which in this case we believe Xbox One and Playstation 4.
Out of the two, the MSI GC30 is the higher end gaming controller which supports both wired and wireless connectivity. They mimic the Xbox One Elite controller by allowing players to place a magnetic metal directional pad on top of the D-pad according to the game they are playing.
Both controllers have dual vibration motors for immersive gaming, rubber side grips for comfort and textured edges on the triggers to easily identify which button you are pressing without having to look at it.
The product pages for the MSI GC30 and GC20 controllers are down for now. When the company makes it live, we will know the cost of these gaming peripherals and they need to be tested in the real world to find how compatible they are with Android devices as well as gaming consoles.
Will it work with a Nintendo Switch too?
