Destruction Derby, Dirt 4 and many other racing games of the past had this destruction last-car standing mode. For a highly sophisticated title like Forza Horizon 4 which is an exclusive racing game on Xbox and PCs is a surprising yet welcome addition for most gamers.
Named as the Eliminator, this is a fantastic mode where a massive number of 72 cars driven by real players will be pitted against one another in a destruction derby style match. The mode is the Battle Royale version for racing cars similar to how players do in PUBG and Fortnite. For folks who are not sure to purchase one, this is absolutely free to download and is more like an experiment.
If the game developers find this to be a successful addition, Forza Horizon 5 and many other future games may receive it as part of the base game in future Xbox releases. The Eliminator mode should be available for download now and if you are not sure how it works, you should check out the trailer to get an idea.
Instead of forcing you to drive into a deathmatch, it is instead inspired by Tron where the arena walls will continue to move inside and pushing players to outsmart one another until only one car is standing. The race track will become really small for the last opponents and if they don’t race ahead, they won’t survive.
When players successfully win a match, they can gain access to more powerful, upgraded cars. Once lost, they will instantly be kicked out of the game. They also have the option to invite head-on matches with other racers but the maximum capacity in the Eliminator in Forza Horizon 4 will be the star play of the game. After all, with those amazing graphics and the exceptionally well-designed racing world, it should be fun to participate in such a massive elimination chamber within the world of race cars.
