Google Pixel 4a is the upcoming budget handset from the manufacturer that will focus on growing markets and for those who really don’t like to spent so much on a flagship phones. The entry level phones these days can easily handle all your apps, movies and some gaming while mid-rangers are far better than they used to be.
The Google Pixel 4a can be comfortably called a mid-ranger and even retains the headphone jack in the Pixel 3a smartphone. It is expected that the newer models will do the same because the 3.5mm jack pushes sales these days as almost all other smartphones have removed it from all their mid-range and flagship devices.
According to rumors, the upcoming Google Pixel 4a will sport a punch hole camera. Based on what we know so far, Apple is not going to get rid of the notch anytime soon but will make it smaller in the upcoming iPhone 12 set for release in 2020.
Samsung has already adopted all types of punch hole cameras in their phones including the Galaxy S10, Galaxy Note 10 and even a foldable camera in their A-series smartphone. The rumors further add that the display could be 5.8-inches or possibly 5.7-inches with the smallest possible bezel.
A square camera bump is found on the rear side and it may not have a telephoto lens as found in the flagship models. The phone as expected will use a yesteryear flagship processor or the newest 700-series Snapdragon processor to cut down on costs. All these minor compromises are definitely not going to affect overall performance and you can get an excellent smartphone that has the best camera combined with pure Android experience.
The pricing and launch date should also help the Google Pixel 4a smartphones sell better if they are placed at the right time in 2020.
