Minecraft Gets New Aquatic Update with Sharks, Corals and Wrecked Ships

In their official blog in which Minecraft developers confirmed that the super duper graphics pack is not coming anytime soon, they also added that a new Aquatic update is coming to the game on PC, Xbox One and PS4 platforms.

Instead of being plain water, the newest update will add water physics which will make the liquid bob up down and also provide more space for large varieties of fishes to swim around. Soon, the oceans will be filled with fish, dolphins and even ship wrecks.

A new weapon named trident is also being introduced which will make it easier to defend yourself against brutal sharks when deep underwater. It can used to be thrown at enemies to kill them or as a weapon in close combat to defend yourself.

When players use the loyalty enchantment, the weapon thrown will come back to them again whereas other enchantments like Impaler, Slipstream dash will also work as they are intended to be. A release date for Aquatic update for Minecraft will be announced in the near future.
