Amazon Fire HD 10 Upgraded to USB C, Priced at $149

Tablets are kind of a thing of the past but they are still useful. The Amazon Fire HD 10 builds on the popular ecosystem by adding a USB C port and its priced at $149.

Affordable products are the way to go and if Apple is doing it for $300, probably it is true! A surprising decision it is, Apple continues to sell their previous generation iPad model with upgraded chipset, headphone jack and a physical home button for $329.

This is the cheapest and the best iPadOS experience that you could get. On the Android forte, there is Samsung doing a great job at $200 price tag whereas Amazon is going even cheaper. The Amazon Fire HD 10 got upgraded now and it is a decent entertainment device for people of all age groups.

Upgraded Fire HD 10 Tablet

The display is large at 10.1-inches powered by an octa core processor, 2GB of RAM and there is 32GB of storage space with support for a micro SD card. A significant upgrade is the inclusion of a USB Type-C port that is used to charge the devices. Besides, the brand has also managed to improve the battery life of the product from 10 hours to a solid 12 hours making it even better.

It is great to see companies ditching micro USB completely as everyone including Apple moves toward adopting Type-C as the industry standard. The tablet runs on Android P with FireOS on top geared to push you towards Amazon’s services and digital products, apart from promoting Alexa.
