With X019, the biggest Xbox event just around the corner, a leak confirmed that Halo Reach is coming to PC on December 3rd and more such announcements are expected during the event.
Halo The Master Chief Collection is the most anticipated launches on the PC platform. It was once the exclusive game on the Xbox 360 console and also the crown jewel that paved way for Microsoft to become a star player in the console market. Gears 5 is already out on Xbox Game PC on desktop and the trend is expected to continue for all games including older and upcoming Halo games.
While Microsoft has confirmed that they will eventually bring all Halo games, the team also confirmed that the policy is to launch only when it is ready. There is no confirmed release date but they will keep launching games as and when it is ready to be rolled out on the PC Platform. The Halo Master Chief Collection is a massive one with over 67 campaign missions and in order to roll it out all at one go is difficult.
Instead Halo Reach PC will first make its way to the platform and all the popular games including Halo 3 ODST, Halo 3 and Halo 2 Anniversary among others will find its way on the Xbox Game Pass real soon. PC gamers will have all the bells and whistles including the ability to increase FOV slider, UI controls as well as much better graphics.
Besides, the best part is that you will be able to play Halo games and Halo Reach by using a keyboard, mouse combination. That is the best thing to have ever happen because it won’t be surprising if Halo Master Chief Collection joins the competitive scenario on par with Counter Strike and Quake games that are popular FPS titles in this generation.
X019 is quite exciting and we are eagerly looking forward to it but there won’t be any talks about the new Xbox at this event, confirmed Microsoft.
