Xiaomi is going to go with an online launch event so as to make things easier in a time when viruses are spreading at a rapid rate. Most companies have either cancelled their events or did it online to save the issue of gathering a large crowd. The Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro will be launched in an online event and it is set for reveal on the 27th of March.
The Mi 10 Pro from Xiaomi is a popular model in China and before all the corona virus issues, it managed to sell nearly 40,000 units in the country. That is a massive number for the manufacturer before they event stepped into other markets like Brazil, India, Indonesia and others.
The official reveal on Twitter also provides links to watch the event live on YouTube among other platforms. It won’t be surprising if this becomes the norm for few more months to go as large gatherings are supposed to be avoided for health reasons.
Xiaomi has confirmed that the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro will deliver excellent camera output as they have managed to top the DXO mark charts against the Oppo Find X2. The event will begin at 13:00 UTC on March 27th.
